After years of absence, the beloved RET SkyRadio Christmas Tram finally returns to the rails of Rotterdam in 2025. The last time Rotterdam saw a SkyRadio Christmas tram was in 2018. This tradition is being revived through a collaboration between transport providers and SkyRadio.
The Christmas Tram is a specially decorated CITADIS tram in Rotterdam. In Amsterdam, a Combino is used, and in The Hague, a classic GTL8. Below you will find the current status and locations.
This year, the SkyRadio Christmas Tram operates in the three largest cities in the Netherlands. Madurodam also joins in with a miniature edition.
